These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Every piece of jewelry from Offspring is handcrafted with care. Because our items are made to order and feature natural materials, minor variations in shape, texture, and stone color may occur. These are not defects, but unique characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.

Production & Delivery Times

Made-to-Order: The jewelry is handcrafted individually after you place your order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Custom Orders: Unique designs or custom modifications require longer. Production times for these will be agreed upon individually via email.

Payment & Pricing

Payment Methods: Securely process payments via Stripe. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal. All data is encrypted via SSL.

VAT: All prices shown include 25% Danish VAT (moms).

Currency: All final payments are charged in Danish Kroner (DKK) at checkout. Offspring is not responsible for minor price differences in refunds caused by bank currency fluctuations.

Shipping, Customs & Duties

Shipping within Denmark: 45 DKK, shipped safely via GLS or Postnord to your address.

International Shipping: At the moment, international shipping is not available, but the hope is to offer it very soon! Currently, shipping is only available within Denmark.

Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with EU law, we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order.

Because our jewelry is handcrafted individually, here is how returns work for the different types of pieces:

Standard jewelry designs, such as necklaces or bracelets that have not been customized, are eligible for return.

How to return: Simply send an email to contact@offspringcph.com within 14 days of receiving your package, and I will get back to you within 2–3 business days to help with the process.

Please note: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping option.

Ring Size Exchanges
If an incorrect standard ring size is ordered, a 14-day exchange policy applies to ensure the right fit. The item must be unused and in its original box. Please note that the customer covers all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return shipping and the shipping fee for sending out the new size.

It is best to make sure you get the right size the first time around. Consider visiting a nearby jewelry store to get your fingers measured.

Custom & Made-to-Specification Items is not refundable

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are custom-made or personalized. Therefore, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom designs created from a unique request, sketch, or individual agreement.

Personalized pieces, including jewelry with custom engravings or structural modifications.

Warranty & Complaints

All purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law. This covers production defects and material faults that appear within 2 years of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear (e.g., scratches, tarnishing of silver, or fading of gold plating).

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or lack of proper care (e.g., swimming or showering with jewelry).

To file a warranty claim, please contact me at contact@offspringcph.com with your proof of purchase and a photo of the issue. If we cannot find a common solution, EU customers can submit a complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, and Danish customers can contact Nævnenes Hus.
